Google to boost iPhone user experience; here’s how

Google is all set to give an enhanced user experience with the iPhone apps and services. Here is a detailed report on how.

Google has treated its Android and iPhone users with equal importance. Now, the search engine giant is offering a top-notch solution to iPhone users with applications and services. The company is working to enhance the experience of iPhone users.

Jeff Verkoeyen, Engineering Lead, Google Design on Apple platforms, tweeted, “as we continued on the pursuit of cross-platform pixel parity, our iOS components were slowly drifting further and further from Apple platform fundamentals because those fundamentals were also evolving year over year.”

In a series of tweets, he added that Google is working on the best design approach for the platform to highlight design language using UIKit. This enables the maintenance of a specific user interface to the iPhone app, resulting in UINavigationControllers.

He said, “it’s never been easier to build a great branded experience with a tiny amount of code.” Google is “investing in the long tail of UX details” on the Apple platform to make it look and feel great for the users.
